NOTICE THE TRIGGERS

I notice when I feel frustrated, annoyed, nervous, stressed, like I'm about to unleash.

MAKE A +CHANGE

Change SOMETHING! What is one guaranteed good outcome from overcoming fear and giving it a go? GROWTH!! EVEN IF YOU FAIL!

KEEP PRACTICING

This eventually happens automatically. THE MORE YOU PRACTICE THE BETTER YOU GET!

Your strengths all point in this direction
1    Arranger: As an Arranger, you’re adept at organizing and coordinating, which can be used to manage interactions with difficult people. For example, you might arrange meetings or interactions in settings where you feel more in control and comfortable, or at times when you’re at your best to handle challenging personalities.

2    Individualisation: This strength allows you to see each person as unique. Use this to your advantage by tailoring your approach to the specific characteristics of the person you find annoying. Understanding their motivations and behaviors might help you find the right way to communicate with them more effectively, reducing the friction and improving the interaction.

3    Input: Your love for gathering information can help you here too. You might research or seek advice on different techniques for dealing with difficult people. Understanding psychological tips and communication strategies could provide you with a toolkit to defuse tense situations and turn interactions into more positive experiences.

4    Strategic: Use your strategic thinking to plan ahead for interactions with people who annoy you. Think about potential scenarios and prepare responses or actions that can help you steer conversations in a direction that minimizes conflict. You can also strategize on ways to minimize your exposure to these individuals if possible.

5    Belief: Your core values can guide you in maintaining professionalism and kindness, even in trying circumstances. Remind yourself of your commitment to uphold these values, which can help you remain calm and respectful, making it easier to manage interactions without compromising your principles.

By creatively applying these strengths, you can often turn challenging interactions into opportunities for personal growth and improved communication.
