- The less I procrastinate the more free time I'll have! Plus I'll have a free mind! To think sick thoughts! Haha

- Who cares what anyone thinks about me, In 200years... we're all fuckin DEAD!
- If I'm myself then, the right people will be drawn in, the wrong people can fuck off! 
- Easier to be happy - Life is GOOD!
- I don't waste time with the wrong people. Life is for living!

I notice when I'm blatently procrastinating, feel anxious, annoyed, nervous, stressed, frustrated, like I'm about to self implode.

MAKE A +CHANGE

Take a small action.

Take a walk outside, think about something you like, focus your attention elsewhere. Use your sense of humour!

KEEP PRACTICING

This eventually happens automatically. THE MORE YOU PRACTICE THE BETTER YOU GET!
