Calm in Nature

In nineteen lands I walked about,

got to the end, and figured out! Though all of that, was really grand,

it never compared to New Zealand!


If I pause to feel the warm embrace,

I find my minds true balance place, Where mountains meet the endless sea, on walks in nature, I think clearly!


An information junkie’s quest, To seek, to know, and learn the rest, Each answer found, highlights a question, no matter what I learn, there’s always an extension!


For every twist and turn I've known, the quest for reasons has certainly grown!

In loyalty, my friends confide, In helping hands, my strength resides.


It’s now time for me, if I do this right, we all can win, to everyone's delight!


With health, my most treasured gem, I walk these trails, I cherish them, Nature’s calm diffuses rage, it frees me from my daily cage.


So here I stand, inside my head, good posture, a smile, and more confident, 

I know the way, to switch my perspective, and with each calmer moment, I find everyone more receptive!



Small consistent steps. From "really bad" to "bad" is still a Win!!!
